Steve Hodgson is a Managing Partner of FAX Real Estate and responsible for the overall growth, strategy and performance of the platform. Mr. Hodgson previously spent 9 years at a global asset management company, where he was a Managing Director and the Chief Executive Officer of a publicly traded REIT. During his tenure, the REIT's assets under management grew from $2 billion to $13 billion, and it expanded globally and generated outsized risk-adjusted returns.
Prior to his previous role, Mr. Hodgson spent 9 years with Oxford Properties Group, the real estate arm of OMERS, working in various investment and asset management roles. Mr. Hodgson holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Master of Business Administration, both from Queen’s University.
